Our mission is to foster accessible, sustainable yoga programs in schools, empowering school teachers to create healthier, happier classrooms.

We help teachers start a yoga program in their classroom, during the school day.

Through training, curriculum and yoga mats, teachers teach movement and mindfulness.

It's 100% free for teachers at Title 1 schools.
